By accessing or using our services — including booking appointments through our website or the Amelia Booking System — you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

2. Services

Altrincham Cryo provides cryotherapy treatments and related wellness services.
All services are subject to therapist availability, equipment functionality, and facility capacity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Booking

3.1 Booking System

Appointments are scheduled through the Amelia Booking System, integrated into our website.
By booking a session, you also agree to Amelia’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, as applicable.

3.2 Customer Panel Access

When purchasing a single session or a package, you will receive an email invitation to set up your Customer Panel.

Through this panel, you can:

  • View and manage your purchased sessions;
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments in accordance with our Cancellation Policy;
  • Track remaining sessions in your package.

Access to the Customer Panel is optional but recommended for managing your bookings efficiently.

3.3 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking.
Changes or cancellations must follow our Cancellation Policy.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

3.4 Health Requirements

For your safety, completion of a mandatory on-site Health Questionnaire is required before your first treatment.
This form allows us to identify any contraindications or health risks related to cryotherapy.
You must answer all questions truthfully and disclose any relevant medical information.
Failure to complete the health form or to disclose accurate information may result in refusal of service.
This measure is implemented strictly for your safety and wellbeing.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Some services may require creating an account through our booking system. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe your behaviour violates these Terms or poses a risk to other users or to our business operations.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our authorised Payment Gateway, integrated with the Amelia Booking System.
Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
We do not store, access, or have visibility into your payment details (e.g., card numbers or security codes).

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (available on our website).
In general, cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access to any person violating these conditions.

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation.

If you have medical concerns (e.g., cardiovascular conditions, circulatory disorders, metal implants, pregnancy), consult a healthcare professional before undergoing treatment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altrincham Cryo shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
  • Any injury or adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow safety instructions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve issues quickly and amicably.

If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

      What to Wear and the Changing Process:

      Upon arrival at our center, you’ll be greeted and provided with all necessary equipment. You’ll have access to a private, clean, and comfortable changing room. For the procedure, you’ll wear cotton underwear that covers intimate areas. We’ll provide you with special socks, gloves, and slippers to protect your extremities.

      The Session

      When you’re ready, our trained staff will escort you to the cryochamber and explain the entire process.
      You’ll prepare for the session by removing your clothes to expose us much skin as possible.
      You will receive a robe to cover yourself before entering the chamber.
      After entering, you’ll be exposed to very low temperatures (from -110° to -140°C) for 2-3 minutes.
